NPCT1 Cooperates with 3 (Three) Truck Marketplace Operators To Enhance The Customer Experience Digitally

Jakarta, 05 Januari 2021 – New Priok Container Terminal 1 (NPCT1) mengumumkan kolaborasi industri nasional yang pertama dengan 3 (tiga) operator Truck Marketplace terkemuka, yaitu:  Logol, Logee dan Ritase. Penggabungan antara keahlian yang luas dan platform digital yang terintegrasi dengan baik antara NPCT1 dan perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut di atas, pelanggan NPCT1 akan dapat mengakses layanan secara  lengkap yang mencakup: pengurusan administrasi kepabeanan,    pemesanan dan penjadwalan truk  peti kemas , serta pemrosesan dokumen secara elektronik dan  tetap patuh  terhadap peraturan yang berlaku.

Dengan lebih dari 15.000 (lima belas ribu) pergerakan truk peti kemas untuk   impor dan ekspor di NPCT1 setiap minggunya, layanan  terhadap  pelanggan harus andal , lancar, dan mudah diakses. NPCT1 bekerja sama dengan Logol, Logee, dan Ritase dalam upaya  untuk menghasilkan proses logistik yang  terintegrasi secara sederhana, sehingga pelanggan dapat memesan, menjadwalkan, dan mengelola truk  untuk peti kemas mereka  dari lokasi mana pun melalui platform mereka. Sumber daya kolaboratif di atas idealnya dilakukan dengan pendekatan yang terintegrasi untuk lebih mengeksplorasi efisiensi secara global dan regional.

Transformasi aktivitas logistik ini akan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan, sekaligus meminimalkan kontak fisik sesuai dengan protocol kesehatan COVID-19. Sebagai bagian dari komitmen NPCT1 terhadap kesinambungan dan kelancaran usaha, semua persyaratan diproses secara digital, dan semua transaksi sepenuhnya dilakukan secara “online”.

Dengan kebutuhan rantai pasokan yang terus berkembang agar efisien, transparan, dan produktif, kolaborasi pertama industrial antara NPCT1 dan 3 (tiga) operator pasar logistik ini akan mempercepat konektivitas digital di dalam  “Ekosistem Logistik Nasional Indonesia”.

Jakarta, 05 January 2021 – New Priok Container Terminal 1 (NPCT1) announced the first national industrial collaboration with 3 (three) leading Truck Marketplace operators, namely: Logol, Logee and Ritase. Combining extensive expertise and a well-integrated digital platform between NPCT1 and the aforementioned companies, NPCT1 customers will be able to access a complete range of services including: customs administration, ordering and scheduling of container trucks, as well as electronic document processing and remain compliant with applicable regulations.

With more than 15,000 (fifteen thousand) movement of container trucks for import and export at NPCT1 each week, customer service must be reliable, smooth, and easily accessible. NPCT1 works closely with Logol, Logee and Ritase in an effort to produce a simple integrated logistics process, so customers can order, schedule, and manage trucks for their containers from any location via their platform. The collaborative resources above should ideally be carried out with an integrated approach to further explore efficiency globally and regionally.

This transformation of logistical activities will improve the customer experience, while minimizing physical contact in accordance with the COVID-19 health protocol. As part of NPCT1’s commitment to continuity and smooth running of business, all requirements are processed digitally, and all transactions are fully carried out “online”.
