DAYA SAING PANEL INSULASI

Persaingan bisnis produk panel insulasi di era pertumbuhan industri rantai dingin, saat ini memasuki portofolio transformasi globalisasi, dimana kemampuan pabrikasi menjadi kunci kompetisi. Proses pabrikasi yang dilakukan secara manual akan digantikan oleh proses otomasi, dimana kecepatan produksi dan mutu kandungan bahan baku untuk menghasilkan produk jadi yang berkualitas, dipertaruhkan. Pengguna produk harus diedukasi tentang pentingnya pemakaian produk berkualitas didalam mengefisienkan pemeliharaan Gudang, memperpanjang masa pakai, dan energi yang digunakan lebih hemat.

SNI 9186: 2023, yang berjudul : Panel Insulasi Rigid Polyisocyanurate (PIR) telah diterbitkan oleh Badan Standardisasi Nasional (BSN) Indonesia. Komite Teknis 83-02, Plastik dan Barang Plastik, Kementerian Perindustrian RI, dan Tim Konseptor dari ARPI serta pemain pabrikan panel insulasi berteknologi continues line, melakukan pembuatan standar pengembangan sendiri tersebut berdasar kepada standar internasional yang berlaku.

Sebelum ditetapkan mandatori atau wajib SNI untuk pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah, secara bertahap akan terus dipantau kemampuan pabrikan lokal dalam memenuhi standar ini berdasar skema yang akan dibuat untuk penerbitan sertifikasi.

Sebagai tindak lanjut dari SNI yang sudah terbit ini, ARPI bersama BSN, Komite Teknis 82-02, dan Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesional (LSPro), merencanakan seminar online (webinar) yang akan diselenggarakan pada Kamis, 13 Juni 2024. Persiapan penyelenggaran webinar sudah dalam proses, dan akan diumumkan setidaknya seminggu sebelum hari pelaksanaan. Webinar ini ditujukan kepada para pengguna panel insulasi, pabrikasi, kontraktor, Lembaga Pengujian, dan regulator.

COMPETITIVENESS OF INSULATION PANEL

Competition in the insulation panel product business in the era of growth of the cold chain industry, is currently entering the globalization transformation portfolio, where manufacturing capabilities are the key to competition. Manual manufacturing processes will be replaced by automation processes, where production speed and the quality of raw material content to produce quality finished products are at stake. Product users must be educated about the importance of using quality products in making warehouse with maintenance efficient, extending service life, and using more efficient energy.

SNI 9186: 2023, entitled: Rigid Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Insulation Panels has been published by the Indonesian National Standardization Agency (BSN). Technical Committee 83-02, Plastics and Plastic Goods, Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Conceptor Team from ARPI as well as manufacturers of insulation panels using continuous line technology, created their own development standards based on applicable international standards.

Before determining mandatory of SNI for the procurement of government goods and services, the ability of local manufacturers to comply with this standard will gradually continue to be monitored based on the scheme that will be created for issuing certification. As a follow-up to the published SNI, ARPI together with BSN, the Technical Committee 83-02, and the Professional Certification Institute (LSPro), are planning an online seminar (webinar) which will be held on Thursday, June 13 2024. Preparations for holding the webinar are already in process, and will be announced at least a week before the implementation day. This webinar is aimed at insulation panel users, manufacturers, contractors, testing institutions and regulators.
