SKEMA SERTIFIKASI PENGIRIMAN PARSEL DINGIN

Penyediaan makanan yang mudah dan cepat tanpa harus menjemput sendiri ke produsen ataupun restoran, menjadikan pertumbuhan industry pengiriman parsel dingin semakin menggeliat seiring dengan kemajuan internet of things dan artificial intelligent. Industri market place dan e-commerce turut mendukung pertumbuhan industry ini.

Industri pengiriman parsel dingin mulai menggeliat sejak pandemi tahun 2020 lalu. Beberapa industry start up bermunculan yang sebagian besar didanai oleh Perusahaan kapital dari luar negeri. Sebagian besar mereka sukses, tetapi beberapa gagal. Penyebab kegagalan lebih kepada keinginan capaian omset yang besar tetapi kurang menjaga kualitas layanan pengiriman, terutama di dalam menjaga suhu parsel selama pegambilan, pengumpulan dan pengirimannya sampai ke tujuan akhir.

ISO 23412 yang menjelaskan tentang : Layanan Pengiriman Tidak langsung dan berpendingin dengan pengatur suhu – Transportasi darat untuk paket dengan transfer perantara, yang dibuat oleh Komite Teknis PC 315 yang diprakarsai oleh Yamato Transport Corp, menjadi landasan pembuatan SNI ISO 23412 oleh Komite Teknis 55-02. SNI ISO 2314 telah dipublikasi pada tahun 2023 lalu.

Seperti diketahui, bahwa Yamato Transport Corp, setiap tahunnya, pengiriman produk kering dan produk temperature sensitive dapat mencapai 1,8 milyar paket, atau mencapai 4 juta paket perhari selama 365 hari. Mereka dapat memisahkan pengiriman kedua jenis produk tersebut dengan sarana dan prasarana yang sesuai, terutama pengiriman parsel dingin dengan tetap menjaga kualitas layanan (kecepatan dan keakuratan suhu pengiriman).

Badan Standardisasi Nasional (BSN), ARPI dan Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesional terpanggil untuk membuat standar bai pelaku jasa pengiriman ini, karena dari hasil survey ke pelangguna layanan, masih ada sebesar 45% pengguna memberikan komen dengan ikon tiga bintang kebawah dari total lima bintang. ARPI, BSN dan LSP melakukan tinjauan langsung ke salah satu penyedia layanan pengiriman parsel dingin dan membuat skema sertifikasi yang dapat menjadi acuan bagi lembaga auditor.

ISO 23412 which explains: Indirect and refrigerated shipping services with temperature control – Land transportation for packages with intermediary transfers, which was created by the PC 315 Technical Committee initiated by Yamato Transport Corp., became the basis for creating SNI ISO 23412 by Technical Committee 55-02 . SNI ISO 2314 was published in 2023.
