BEBERAPA FAKTOR PENTING PENERAPAN HALAL LOGISTIK

Konsumen muslim dan non muslim mengannggap bahwa produk halal adalah tanda bahwa produk tersebut telah melewati proses yang telah terstandardisasi. Sejalan dengan itu, kini kesadaran akan kehalalan produk tidak sebatas pada proses produksi, tetapi merambah ke proses pengirimannya. Akan tetapi penambahan proses logistik diperkirakan menambah beban biaya.
Saat ini, konsep halal bukan hanya dalam hal produk, tetapi juga merambah ke jasa dan standar pengiriman. Secara global perhatian akan sertifikasi halal semakin tinggi terbukti dengan pertumbuhan industri halal yang meningkat mencapai US$ 2,1 triliun. Produk halal ini belum terjamin sampai di konsumen tetap halal, karena itu perlu pengawalan pada pengiriman dan penyimpanannya agar tidak terjadi kontaminasi dengan produk non-halal. Karena itu dikembangkan standar halal dalam lingkup pelayanan logistik untuk kemajuan bisnisnya.
Halal supply chain merupakan aktivitas bisnis halal menurut hukum Islam, dari titik awal hingga ke titik konsumsi, dan logistik merupakan bagian dari supply chain management. Kegiatan halal logistik juga memerlukan kontrol yang strategis pada kegiatannya karena adanya resiko terkontaminasi. Karena adanya tambahan biaya, penyedia logistik harus mengatur kegiatan logistiknya secara cermat. Sertifikasi halal saat ini tidak hanya sebatas produk itu sendiri, tetapi juga termasuk sember bahan baku, proses persiapan dan proses penanganan gudang.
Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi halal logistik, secara garis besarnya adalah:
1. Perception on Usefulness yang berpengaruh positif terhadap Halal Logistics Paying Intention.
2. Concern on Halal yang memiliki hubungan yang positif terhadap Halal Logistics Paying Intention.
SYARAT MENDAPATKAN SERTIFIKAT HALAL LOGISTIK, diantaranya :
- Dokumen lengkap perusahaan logistik
- Data produk lengkap yang akan disimpan
- Dokumen proses pengiriman dan penyimpanan produk halal yang nemuat keterangan mengenai persiapan sanitasi logistik halal, proses bongkar muat produk, dan pengelolaan alur produk yang dikirim dan disimpan
SISTEM JAMINAN HALAL LOGISTIK
Suatu sistem manajemen yang disusun, diterapkan dan dipelihara oleh perusahaan pemegang sertifikat halal untuk menjaga keseimbangan proses halal logistik. Sistem jaminan halal logistik ditetapkan oleh BPJPH.

Muslim and non-Muslim consumers consider that a halal product is a sign that the product has gone through a standardized process. In line with that, now awareness of halal products is not limited to the production process, but extends to the delivery process. However, additional logistics processes are expected to increase costs.
Currently, the halal concept is not only in terms of products, but also extends to services and delivery standards. Globally, attention to halal certification is increasing as evidenced by the growth of the halal industry which has increased to US$ 2.1 trillion. It is not guaranteed that these halal products will remain halal when they reach consumers, therefore they need to be monitored during delivery and storage to avoid contamination with non-halal products. Therefore, halal standards have been developed within the scope of logistics services for business progress.
Halal supply chain is a halal business activity according to Islamic law, from the point of origin to the point of consumption, and logistics is part of supply chain management. Halal logistics activities also require strategic control over their activities because of the risk of contamination. Due to additional costs, logistics providers must organize their logistics activities carefully. Halal certification is currently not only limited to the product itself, but also includes raw material sources, preparation processes and warehouse handling processes.
The main factors that influence halal logistics, in general, are:
1. Perception on Usefulness which has a positive influence on Halal Logistics Paying Intention.
2. Concern on Halal which has a positive relationship to Halal Logistics Paying Intention.
REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING A HALAL LOGISTICS CERTIFICATE, including:
- Complete logistics company documents
- Complete product data will be stored
- Documents on the delivery and storage process of halal products which contain information regarding sanitary preparations for halal logistics, product loading and unloading processes, and management of the flow of products sent and stored
LOGISTICS HALAL GUARANTEE SYSTEM
A management system prepared, implemented and maintained by companies holding halal certificates to maintain the balance of halal logistics processes. The halal logistics guarantee system is established by BPJPH.
