Setelah melalui uji coba antara panel insulasi yang terbuat dari Polyurethane (Panel PU) yang dapat menyimpan produk segar dengan temparutur chilled ataupun freeze (rentang suhu -20 sampai dengan +30 derajat Celcius) dan didukung dengan sistem Condensing Unit (CDU) yang teruji dalam kestabilan suhu ruang dinginnya, CV Delima Mandiri, industri karoseri kargo yang bekerjasama dengan Hwasung Thermo Indonesia, industri CDU dari Korea, telah dapat membuat prototype mobile TCL tersebut dengan kapasitas ruang dingin 22 M3. Dengan menggunakan double CDU yang dapat memback-up kinerja mesin satu sama lain, menjadikan kualitas pendingininan ruang maksimum. Sumber energi yang diinstalasi dapat menggunakan energi listrik ataupun generator set. Cold-Chilled bergerak (mobile storage) ini sangat strategis sebagai hub storage untuk ditempatkan di last mile (pengiriman dan pasar).

After going through trials between insulation panels made of Polyurethane (PU Panel) which can store fresh products with chilled or freeze temperatures (temperature range is -20 up to +30 degrees Celcius) and supported by a good Condensing Unit (CDU) system that is tested in stability the cold room temperature, CV. Delima Mandiri, the car cargo body industry, in collaboration with Hwasung Thermo Indonesia, the CDU industry from Korea, has been the Temperature Controlled Logistics (TCL) mobile prototype which having a cold room capacity of 22 M3. By using double CDU which can back up the performance of each other’s machines, making the maximum cooling capacity. The energy source that is installed can use electrical (plug in) energy or generator set. This mobile cold-chilled storage is very strategic as hub-storage to be placed in the last mile (market and shipping-delivery).
