LOGISTIK TELAH MENJADI PRIORITAS PEMBANGUNAN NASIONAL

Menyikapi situasi pasar global pangan yang saat ini sudah menjadi isu penting, transformasi infrastruktur yang baik dan terukur harus segera dilengkapi dengan teknologi kekinian disamping pemetaan pembagian area produksi dan proses. Hal tersebut akan menjadi pondasi perencanaan Pembangunan jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang. Perencanaan ini tersirat di dalam program jangka menengah dari Kementerian Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional, dimana pengadaan logistik pangan harus dikemudikan oleh sistem digitalisasi and Artificial Intelligence dari hulu ke hilir agar biaya logistik terukur dengan baik.

Hal ini terungkap di dalam FGD bertopik pembuatan infrastruktur pangan nasional dalam mengurangi tingkat susut pangan dan menekan biaya logistik, yang didukung dengan pengadaan energi berkelanjutan.

ARPI menjelaskan bahwa pertumbuhan industri rantai dingin akan dikemudikan oleh kemajuan teknologi digitalisasi, pengadaan sarana artificial intelligent, dan penyesuaian regulasi yang akan mendukung pertumbuhan industri rantai dingin nasional. Standardiasi sistem dan produk rantai dingin diperlukan sebagai penuntun operational pemangku kepentingan terutama untuk industri UKM.

Semenjak pandemi tahun 2020, teknologi digitalisasi berkembang pesat seiring dengan pertumbuhan industri market place dan e-commerce. Pemain start up pengiriman paket dingin bermunculan dengan mengusung teknologi digitalisasi tertentu dalam satu aplikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pemakai (konsumen). Gudang berpendingin estate juga menjadi trending industri yang terjangkau di dalam melayani pengiriman sebagai gudang collecting point ataupun hub-storage. Industri third party logustik juga akan tumbuh signifikan dalam menghadapi transformasi pangan global tersebut. Model moda transportasi yang mengikuti fungsi pengangkutan tersebut juga akan tumbuh signifikan di dalam pengiriman produk dingin dengan jangkauan area yang lebih luas.  

LOGISTICS HAS BECOME A NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PRIORITY

Responding to the global food market situation which has now become an important issue, good and measurable infrastructure transformation must be immediately equipped with contemporary technology in addition to mapping production and processing area divisions. This will become the foundation for short, medium, and long-term development planning. This planning is implied in the medium-term program of the Ministry of National Development Planning, where food logistics procurement must be driven by a digitalization and Artificial Intelligence system from upstream to downstream so that logistics costs are well measured.

This was revealed in the FGD on the topic of creating national food infrastructure to reduce food loss levels and reduce logistics costs, which is supported by the provision of sustainable energy.

ARPI explained that the growth of the cold chain industry will be driven by advances in digitalization technology, the provision of artificial intelligent facilities, and regulatory adjustments that will support the growth of the national cold chain industry. Standardization of cold chain systems and products is needed to guide stakeholder operations, especially for the SME industry. Since the 2020 pandemic, digitalization technology has developed rapidly along with the growth of the market place and e-commerce industry. Cold package delivery start-up players are emerging by bringing certain digitalization technology into one application that can be utilized by users (consumers). Estate refrigerated warehouses have also become a trending industry that is affordable in serving deliveries as collecting point or hub-storage warehouses. The third party logistics industry will also grow significantly in facing the global food transformation. Transportation mode models that follow this transportation function will also grow significantly in the delivery of cold products to a wider area coverage.
