Energi konvensional yang menghasilkan sumber tenaga untuk digunakan di berbagai kegiatan industri sudah semakin terbatas pengadaannya karena tidak dapat diperbarui. Untuk itu, didalam upaya mengatasi problem ini karena energi yang digunakan harus dapat tersedia kontinu (berkelanjutan), dunia telah memikirkan alternatif sumbernya (bahan baku) dan dapat tersedia kontinu. Tenaga matahari merupakan salat satu alternatif terbaik karena ketersediaannya dapat kontinu selain dapat mengurangi baiaya operasional industri yang membutuhkan energi dalam kegiatannya.

GIZ bekerjasama dengan Kementerian ESDM, telah mengadakan peluncuran proyek Solar Cold Chains for Green Economy in Indonesia, pada 24 Oktober 2023 lalu. Kedua belah pihak menjelaskan rinci rencana kerja proyek ini (SOCOOL).

Tampil sebagai pembicara (narasumber) pada acara ini: Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan, Asosiasi Rantai Pendingin Indonesia (ARPI), Konsultan teknologi tenaga surya, dan beberapa pemain industri rantai dingin.

Conventional energy which produces energy sources for use in various industrial activities is increasingly limited because it cannot be renewed. For this reason, in an effort to overcome this problem because the energy used must be available continuously (sustainably), the world has thought about alternative sources (raw materials) and can be available continuously. Solar energy is one of the best alternatives because its availability can be continuous and can reduce operational costs for industries that require energy for their activities (SOCOOL)

GIZ, in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, has launched the Solar Cold Chains for Green Economy in Indonesia project, on October 24 2023. Both parties explained the detailed work plan for this project.

Appearing as speakers (resource persons) at this event: Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Indonesian Cold Chain Association (ARPI), solar energy technology consultants, and several cold chain industry players.
